The Double L “Trappers Cabin” is 800 sq.ft of wild-west hand-hewn timbers and offers a cozy guest quarters for family or friends. It features one up-stairs spacious bedroom and an open living-dining floor plan.
As morning breaks and the mist rises, a mother moose coddles her calf across the river toward you as you kick off the morning chills, fireside. You retreat to the kitchen to start the a.m. brew and riffles are forming on Dog Bone Pond as the baetis hatch for the winged portion of their life cycle.
The hatch stirs the attention of a trout and starts feeding. Relax in the views, or grab your fleece and fly rod? No reason to fret, it’s just another day in the life right out the door of the Trappers Cabin.
